Services OperatorDisworld Travel Agency offers many traveling services such as, reservations, confirmations, cancellations, traveling booklets that help customers match their desired destination.

Reservation Policy:

Customers are able to reserve flight, cruise, hotel tickets without cost. However if any changes need to be made it will cost $15.00 extra per change. Due to the excess of clients, all customers have 15 days to make any changes or cancel reservations.

Cancellation Policy:

If any cancellations need to be made, a $10.00 fee will be charged once canceled we will not re-reservate or 'undo' cancellation. You will have 10 days to make any cancellation, if cancellation is made after the deadline expires a $25.00 fee will be charged.

Confirmation Policy:

All confirmations are free of charge. However, when you call, or e-mail DisWorld Travel Assistant or Customer Service, you will need to give your username and password along with personal information so that we can verify that it is that person asking for the information.

Identity Theft:

Our reservation and check in software is virus proved and guarantees that all your personal information is safe and securely sent to our profile. You'll get a copy of any transactions and also an e-mail confirming it.

In case that someone get hold of your information you'll have to show both confirmations sent to you to claim any error. You have 30 days to do such act.

Car Rental Policy: Car

Once a car has been rented, you'll receive a ticket confirming of its condition and payment agreement. You will have to carry this paper with you at all times.

This paper will also be used as an insurance policy, in which you are covered in case of theft, or engine problems. All cars are pre approved, and there is a profile with all the car information. You'll be accommodated to the car you need.

If your car is stolen you will be issued another car as soon as the dar dealers are available. All paper work has to be done according to the country's or state's law in which you are located.

If any car malfunctions occur while you are at road you will get the second car without charges. keep in mind that all cars are pre approved and inspected. You as the customer is responsible) for the care of the car, you'll be charged extra if car is returned in bad (the interior) conditions. However, you do not have to vacuum it or wash it.
