You can use our translators, or you can contact our employees and we will gladly help you find one that suits your needs. If you use our translators we provide you with everything you'll need, however if you use other translator you will have to pay the fees.
Before you rent a car make sure to have reviewed the Car Policy so that you know what you are expected to have and what are the conditions in which you'll be able to rent one of our cars. We work in accordance with the Chevrolet and Mazda car dealers. Also, because not all customers are able to rent one of our car, our car policy strictly requires all customer interested in renting a car must have a vigilant car insurance and it is important that customers know that there are no discounts available for car rentals.
It is important for all of our customers to review our Reservation Policy. All of our customers have the right to reserve a flight, hotel, cruise ticket with no charges. However if the customer wants to cancel reservations is possible, if if cancellation is due after due date, there is a fee that will be charged. Once your reservations have been made you can print your tickets form any computer.
A membership card is given to those customers who have been using our travel agency for a long time. A membership card gives the right to even more discounts and greater deals! By showing your membership card every airline, hotel and cruise manager will know that DisWorld represents that customer. A membership card has your name and picture on the front, with DisWorld management's signature in the back. The DisWorld Logo is printed on each card for authenticity. You can get one when your total purchase is above $ 1,000
However you can ask your travel agent for one, only one card per customer, one card per family. Every card has a serial number, which is registered in our profiles.
You need to confirm your personal information every time you make reservations or cancellations because we must be sure that the person who has purchased the ticket is you.
